Both websites are built around who is staying. Alto Luxo has pages for contractor, corporate, relocation, insurance, NHS and holiday stays; Trailblazer Group has pages for contractors, leisure guests and medical staff, with each home on its own page.

Both also speak to property owners. Alto Luxo gives owners an Airbnb management page and a separate income estimate; Trailblazer Group has a serviced accommodation management page for landlords.
